Plain vape pen Shisha in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Plain in Belgrade: 16 units tested over 3 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Ordering Shisha to Belgrade: the practical version
A plain vape pen from the budget options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.14 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Plain prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.14 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 16 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plain vape pen really costs in Belgrade
Plain sounds like one product. It is not: a vape pen running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested plain in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a plain bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where plain goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
