Plain vape pen Shisha in Belgrade: the guide shortlist
Plain in Belgrade: 6 units tested over 6 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Plain prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.55 per 10 ml.
Plain vape pen reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: plain in Belgrade works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain vape pen really costs in Belgrade
Plain vape pen reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested plain in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where plain goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How long does plain in a vape pen last?
In Belgrade we measured 6 to 6 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does plain taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the plain blend itself harsh.
Can I order Shisha online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
