Plum 10 ml bottle Shisha in Belgrade: the best shortlist
Plum in Belgrade: 21 units tested over 2 weeks, 10 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Plum is allowed to say
Plum in Belgrade reaches the shelf in 10 ml bottle formats, and the best ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.62 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the 10 ml bottle you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum 10 ml bottle really costs in Belgrade
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested plum in a 10 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 10 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the 10 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
Where plum goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a 10 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Buying the cheapest 10 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does plum in a 10 ml bottle last?
In Belgrade we measured 2 to 21 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is plum legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 10 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
