Plum 10 ml bottle Shisha in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Plum in Belgrade: 12 units tested over 7 weeks, 10 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a 10 ml bottle for plum
Plum sounds like one product. It is not: a 10 ml bottle running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Below is the run we did for this search: 12 units, 10 ml bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum 10 ml bottle really costs in Belgrade
We run plum the same way in Belgrade: same 10 ml bottle, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested plum in a 10 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 10 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 10 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for 10 ml bottle in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where plum goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 10 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised RSD34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.01 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for plum in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

| Entry kit | RSD34 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.01 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How much does a 10 ml bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.01 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD34 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.01 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
How long does plum in a 10 ml bottle last?
In Belgrade we measured 7 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
