Plum 30 ml shortfill Shisha in Belgrade: the best shortlist
Plum in Belgrade: 11 units tested over 8 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.69 per 10 ml.
Most people searching Shisha in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: plum in Belgrade works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum 30 ml shortfill really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at plum in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested plum in a 30 ml shortfill
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where plum goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Belgrade survives.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
How long does plum in a 30 ml shortfill last?
In Belgrade we measured 8 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
