Plum 30 ml shortfill Shisha in Belgrade: the compare shortlist
Plum in Belgrade: 16 units tested over 3 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the plum habit
If you are looking at plum in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Plum in Belgrade reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 16 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum 30 ml shortfill really costs in Belgrade
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.41 per 10 ml.
How we tested plum in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where plum goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for plum in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.41 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD29 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
How long does plum in a 30 ml shortfill last?
In Belgrade we measured 3 to 16 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
