Plum 60 ml bottle Shisha in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Plum in Belgrade: 19 units tested over 2 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Plum is allowed to say
Plum in Belgrade reaches the shelf in 60 ml bottle formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
A plum 60 ml bottle from the budget options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.21 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the 60 ml bottle you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum 60 ml bottle really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at plum in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 60 ml bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested plum in a 60 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where plum goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 60 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised RSD61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.21 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
