Plum cartomizer Shisha in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Plum in Belgrade: 21 units tested over 8 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
A plum cartomizer from the budget options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.18 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Plum sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 21 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
Plum in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested plum in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where plum goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD30 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.18 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for plum in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.18 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
