Plum cartomizer Shisha in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Plum in Belgrade: 9 units tested over 7 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the plum habit
The honest read on plum: 9 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
A plum cartomizer from the cheapest options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.5 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: plum in Belgrade works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
Plum cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested plum in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where plum goes wrong
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for plum in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
