Plum cartomizer Shisha in Belgrade: the compare shortlist
Plum in Belgrade: 22 units tested over 5 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Plum is allowed to say
The honest read on plum: 22 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Plum cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: plum in Belgrade works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD1.79 per 10 ml.
How we tested plum in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised RSD57 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.79 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for plum in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How long does plum in a cartomizer last?
In Belgrade we measured 5 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is plum legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD1.79 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
