Plum cartomizer Shisha in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Plum in Belgrade: 10 units tested over 9 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good cartomizer from a repack
Most people searching Shisha in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: plum in Belgrade works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on plum: 10 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested plum in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised RSD41 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.82 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Plum | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | cartomizer | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 10 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~4 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD41 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.82 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
