Plum mesh tank Shisha in Belgrade: the flat shortlist
Plum in Belgrade: 24 units tested over 2 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
Most people searching Shisha in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Plum in Belgrade reaches the shelf in mesh tank formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum mesh tank really costs in Belgrade
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.43 per 10 ml.
How we tested plum in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where plum goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest mesh tank available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised RSD30 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.43 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for plum in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
How much does a mesh tank cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.43 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD30 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
