Plum nicotine salt bottle Shisha in Belgrade: the guide shortlist — Belgradeshisha
Plum in Belgrade: 6 units tested over 3 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Plum is allowed to say
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.11 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, nicotine salt bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum nicotine salt bottle really costs in Belgrade
A plum nicotine salt bottle from the starter options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.11 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested plum in a nicotine salt bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a nicotine salt bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where plum goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD35 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.11 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a nicotine salt bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
