Ordering Shisha to Belgrade: the practical version
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Plum pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: plum in Belgrade works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum pen device really costs in Belgrade
Plum pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested plum in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where plum goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised RSD53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.35 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for plum in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
How long does plum in a pen device last?
In Belgrade we measured 6 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
