Plum pen device Shisha in Belgrade: the guide shortlist
Plum in Belgrade: 15 units tested over 5 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good pen device from a repack
If you are looking at plum in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum pen device really costs in Belgrade
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested plum in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised RSD62 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.25 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.25 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD62 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does plum in a pen device last?
In Belgrade we measured 5 to 15 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
