Plum pod kit Shisha in Belgrade: the deals shortlist
Plum in Belgrade: 20 units tested over 4 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD1.92 per 10 ml.
Plum pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: plum in Belgrade works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum pod kit really costs in Belgrade
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested plum in a pod kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where plum goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pod kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Packaging for plum in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pod kit.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD1.92 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
