Plum prefilled pod Shisha in Belgrade: the flat shortlist
Plum in Belgrade: 18 units tested over 3 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What plum costs in Belgrade
A plum prefilled pod from the flat-rate options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.62 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run plum the same way in Belgrade: same prefilled pod, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the prefilled pod you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum prefilled pod really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at plum in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the prefilled pod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested plum in a prefilled pod
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the prefilled pod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where plum goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest prefilled pod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a prefilled pod.
Can I order Shisha online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the prefilled pod units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
