Plum RDA Shisha in Belgrade: the best shortlist
Plum in Belgrade: 10 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with plum in Belgrade
Plum in Belgrade reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the best ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Most people searching Shisha in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum RDA really costs in Belgrade
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.07 per 10 ml.
How we tested plum in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where plum goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Belgrade survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised RSD53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.07 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is plum legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
How long does plum in a RDA last?
In Belgrade we measured 4 to 10 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
