Plum RDA Shisha in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Plum in Belgrade: 21 units tested over 8 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Ordering Shisha to Belgrade: the practical version
Plum sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Plum RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum RDA really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at plum in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested plum in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where plum goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD1.65 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD53 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD1.65 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
