Plum RDA Shisha in Belgrade: the guide shortlist
Plum in Belgrade: 18 units tested over 6 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
A plum RDA from the starter options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.3 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Plum in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum RDA really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at plum in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested plum in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where plum goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.3 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD59 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.3 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
