Plum RDA Shisha in Belgrade: the price shortlist
Plum in Belgrade: 22 units tested over 9 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good RDA from a repack
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.25 per 10 ml.
We run plum the same way in Belgrade: same RDA, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: plum in Belgrade works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum RDA really costs in Belgrade
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.25 per 10 ml.
How we tested plum in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where plum goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
