Plum refill pack Shisha in Belgrade: the guide shortlist
Plum in Belgrade: 20 units tested over 2 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
If you are looking at plum in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: plum in Belgrade works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum refill pack really costs in Belgrade
A plum refill pack from the starter options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.78 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested plum in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.78 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
