Plum sub-ohm kit Shisha in Belgrade: the guide shortlist
Plum in Belgrade: 18 units tested over 4 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
Plum sub-ohm kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.51 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the sub-ohm kit you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum sub-ohm kit really costs in Belgrade
Plum in Belgrade reaches the shelf in sub-ohm kit formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested plum in a sub-ohm kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a sub-ohm kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a sub-ohm kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Buying the cheapest sub-ohm kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.

Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
