Plum in Belgrade: 12 units tested over 7 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the plum habit
The honest read on plum: 12 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
A plum vape pen from the best options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.54 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 12 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum vape pen really costs in Belgrade
Plum sounds like one product. It is not: a vape pen running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested plum in a vape pen
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
Where plum goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.54 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~7 days | The hidden monthly cost |

| Entry kit | RSD60 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.54 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How long does plum in a vape pen last?
In Belgrade we measured 7 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.54 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD60 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
