Plum vape pen Shisha in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Plum in Belgrade: 14 units tested over 7 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How we tested Plum vape pen here
The honest read on plum: 14 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: plum in Belgrade works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum vape pen really costs in Belgrade
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested plum in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where plum goes wrong
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised RSD28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.7 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for plum in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

| Entry kit | RSD28 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.7 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.7 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD28 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
