Plum vape pen Shisha in Belgrade: the price shortlist
Plum in Belgrade: 24 units tested over 8 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Plum is allowed to say
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you are looking at plum in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the vape pen you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum vape pen really costs in Belgrade
We run plum the same way in Belgrade: same vape pen, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested plum in a vape pen
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for plum in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
