Plum zero-nicotine bottle Shisha in Belgrade: the deals shortlist — Belgradeshisha
Plum in Belgrade: 12 units tested over 9 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.47 per 10 ml.
A plum zero-nicotine bottle from the discounted options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.47 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: plum in Belgrade works if the zero-nicotine bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Belgrade
Most people searching Shisha in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested plum in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a zero-nicotine bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where plum goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Belgrade survives.
- Buying the cheapest zero-nicotine bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a zero-nicotine bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order Shisha online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the zero-nicotine bottle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a zero-nicotine bottle.
