Salted cartomizer Shisha in Belgrade: the order shortlist
Salted in Belgrade: 12 units tested over 8 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with salted in Belgrade
Salted prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.8 per 10 ml.
Most people searching Shisha in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long salted tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a salted cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
A salted cartomizer from the pre-order options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.8 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested salted in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every salted bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where salted goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised RSD61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.8 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
