Salted cartomizer Shisha in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Salted in Belgrade: 10 units tested over 3 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the salted habit
A salted cartomizer from the reviewed options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.39 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Salted cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a salted cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
Salted prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.39 per 10 ml.
How we tested salted in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where salted goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD45 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.39 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why salted tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for salted in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.39 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD45 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does salted in a cartomizer last?
In Belgrade we measured 3 to 10 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
