Salted RDA Shisha in Belgrade: the order shortlist
Salted in Belgrade: 9 units tested over 8 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Salted is allowed to say
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
A salted RDA from the pre-order options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.3 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a salted RDA really costs in Belgrade
Salted prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.3 per 10 ml.
How we tested salted in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where salted goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.3 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why salted tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Entry kit | RSD47 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.3 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Is salted legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
Can I order Shisha online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
