Salted starter kit Shisha in Belgrade: the online shortlist
Salted in Belgrade: 10 units tested over 3 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a starter kit for salted
We run salted the same way in Belgrade: same starter kit, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Salted sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a salted starter kit really costs in Belgrade
A salted starter kit from the online options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.19 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested salted in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every salted bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where salted goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why salted tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does salted in a starter kit last?
In Belgrade we measured 3 to 10 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should salted start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On salted the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.19 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
