Salted zero-nicotine bottle Shisha in Belgrade: the budget shortlist — Belgradeshisha
Salted in Belgrade: 6 units tested over 6 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with salted in Belgrade
A salted zero-nicotine bottle from the budget options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.21 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at salted in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the zero-nicotine bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the zero-nicotine bottle you buy decides how long salted tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a salted zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Belgrade
Salted prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.21 per 10 ml.
How we tested salted in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every salted bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where salted goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest zero-nicotine bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a zero-nicotine bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Treating the advertised RSD64 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.21 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for salted in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Not automatically. On salted the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.21 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
