Sour RDA Shisha in Belgrade: the deals shortlist
Sour in Belgrade: 21 units tested over 3 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
A sour RDA from the discounted options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.51 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Sour sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: sour in Belgrade works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour RDA really costs in Belgrade
We run sour the same way in Belgrade: same RDA, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested sour in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where sour goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sour tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order Shisha online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On sour the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.51 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should sour start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
