Spiced 30 ml shortfill Shisha in Belgrade: the online shortlist
Spiced in Belgrade: 24 units tested over 8 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a 30 ml shortfill for spiced
Spiced 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Spiced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.32 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a spiced 30 ml shortfill really costs in Belgrade
Spiced in a 30 ml shortfill is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested spiced in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long spiced in Belgrade survives.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised RSD38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.32 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On spiced the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.32 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should spiced start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
Why does spiced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the spiced blend itself harsh.
