Spiced cartomizer Shisha in Belgrade: the order shortlist
Spiced in Belgrade: 9 units tested over 6 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
We run spiced the same way in Belgrade: same cartomizer, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Spiced cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long spiced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a spiced cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
Spiced in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested spiced in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a spiced bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should spiced start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
How long does spiced in a cartomizer last?
In Belgrade we measured 6 to 9 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On spiced the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD1.73 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
