Spiced RDA Shisha in Belgrade: the order shortlist
Spiced in Belgrade: 13 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What spiced costs in Belgrade
Spiced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.45 per 10 ml.
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a spiced RDA really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at spiced in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested spiced in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing spiced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.45 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD33 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On spiced the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.45 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
How long does spiced in a RDA last?
In Belgrade we measured 4 to 13 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
