Spiced RDA Shisha in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Spiced in Belgrade: 19 units tested over 2 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a RDA for spiced
Most people searching Shisha in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Spiced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.71 per 10 ml.
The short version: spiced in Belgrade works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a spiced RDA really costs in Belgrade
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested spiced in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a spiced bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every spiced bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long spiced in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for spiced in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.71 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD34 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Can I order Shisha online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does spiced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the spiced blend itself harsh.
