Ordering Shisha to Belgrade: the practical version
Spiced sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
We run spiced the same way in Belgrade: same starter kit, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long spiced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a spiced starter kit really costs in Belgrade
Spiced in Belgrade reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the online ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested spiced in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.07 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~6 days | The hidden monthly cost |

| Entry kit | RSD47 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.07 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Is spiced legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Why does spiced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the spiced blend itself harsh.
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.07 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD47 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
