Sweet cartomizer Shisha in Belgrade: the deals shortlist
Sweet in Belgrade: 18 units tested over 5 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a cartomizer for sweet
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
A sweet cartomizer from the discounted options in Belgrade costs about RSD1.94 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sweet cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
Sweet cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested sweet in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a sweet bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sweet bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing sweet with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.

On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD1.94 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD31 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
