Sweet RDA Shisha in Belgrade: the flat shortlist
Sweet in Belgrade: 11 units tested over 7 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a RDA for sweet
The honest read on sweet: 11 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Sweet prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.53 per 10 ml.
The short version: sweet in Belgrade works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sweet RDA really costs in Belgrade

How we tested sweet in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sweet bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Mixing sweet with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sweet tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.53 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD50 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does sweet taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the sweet blend itself harsh.
