Tobacco box mod Shisha in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Tobacco in Belgrade: 8 units tested over 8 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Tobacco is allowed to say
Tobacco in a box mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you are looking at tobacco in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the box mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: tobacco in Belgrade works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco box mod really costs in Belgrade
Tobacco in a box mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested tobacco in a box mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.94 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~4 days | The hidden monthly cost |

| Entry kit | RSD38 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD1.94 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
