The short version: tobacco in Belgrade works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
Tobacco in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested tobacco in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a tobacco bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing tobacco with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
