Tobacco e-liquid bundle Shisha in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Tobacco in Belgrade: 23 units tested over 7 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a e-liquid bundle for tobacco
We run tobacco the same way in Belgrade: same e-liquid bundle, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
A tobacco e-liquid bundle from the cheapest options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.2 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the e-liquid bundle you buy decides how long tobacco tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tobacco e-liquid bundle really costs in Belgrade
Tobacco e-liquid bundle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested tobacco in a e-liquid bundle
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the e-liquid bundle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a e-liquid bundle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a tobacco bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Mixing tobacco with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised RSD35 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.2 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Entry kit | RSD35 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.2 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Can I order Shisha online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On tobacco the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.2 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should tobacco start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a e-liquid bundle.
