Tobacco e-liquid bundle Shisha in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Tobacco in Belgrade: 20 units tested over 8 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
The honest read on tobacco: 20 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Tobacco sounds like one product. It is not: a e-liquid bundle running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the e-liquid bundle you buy decides how long tobacco tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tobacco e-liquid bundle really costs in Belgrade
We run tobacco the same way in Belgrade: same e-liquid bundle, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested tobacco in a e-liquid bundle
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Coil type inside the e-liquid bundle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tobacco tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing tobacco with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a e-liquid bundle that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a e-liquid bundle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.7 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD39 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Can I order Shisha online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
What nicotine strength should tobacco start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a e-liquid bundle.
