Tobacco mesh tank Shisha in Belgrade: the order shortlist
Tobacco in Belgrade: 8 units tested over 7 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the tobacco habit
Tobacco prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.03 per 10 ml.
Tobacco mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: tobacco in Belgrade works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco mesh tank really costs in Belgrade
We run tobacco the same way in Belgrade: same mesh tank, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested tobacco in a mesh tank
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised RSD55 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.03 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tobacco in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Tobacco | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | mesh tank | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 8 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~5 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD55 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.03 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How long does tobacco in a mesh tank last?
In Belgrade we measured 7 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is tobacco legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
