Tobacco refill pack Shisha in Belgrade: the online shortlist
Tobacco in Belgrade: 6 units tested over 2 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with tobacco in Belgrade
We run tobacco the same way in Belgrade: same refill pack, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Tobacco refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a tobacco refill pack really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at tobacco in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested tobacco in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tobacco tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tobacco in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Tobacco | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | refill pack | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 6 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~5 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD57 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.64 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.64 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD57 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
How long does tobacco in a refill pack last?
In Belgrade we measured 2 to 6 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
