Tobacco refill pack Shisha in Belgrade: the wholesale shortlist
Tobacco in Belgrade: 19 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with tobacco in Belgrade
We run tobacco the same way in Belgrade: same refill pack, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Tobacco refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: tobacco in Belgrade works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco refill pack really costs in Belgrade
A tobacco refill pack from the bulk options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.41 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested tobacco in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.41 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
