Tobacco starter kit Shisha in Belgrade: the online shortlist
Tobacco in Belgrade: 10 units tested over 7 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a starter kit for tobacco
Tobacco prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.0 per 10 ml.
Tobacco in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: tobacco in Belgrade works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco starter kit really costs in Belgrade
A tobacco starter kit from the online options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.0 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested tobacco in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a tobacco bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Mixing tobacco with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised RSD68 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.0 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
