Tobacco sub-ohm kit Shisha in Belgrade: the order shortlist
Tobacco in Belgrade: 9 units tested over 9 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Tobacco is allowed to say
Most people searching Shisha in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Tobacco in Belgrade reaches the shelf in sub-ohm kit formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the sub-ohm kit you buy decides how long tobacco tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tobacco sub-ohm kit really costs in Belgrade
Tobacco sub-ohm kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested tobacco in a sub-ohm kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a sub-ohm kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing tobacco with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised RSD38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.11 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for tobacco in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is tobacco legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
How much does a sub-ohm kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.11 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD38 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
