Tropical cartomizer Shisha in Belgrade: the price shortlist
Tropical in Belgrade: 13 units tested over 9 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What tropical costs in Belgrade
Tropical prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.24 per 10 ml.
Tropical in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a tropical cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
Tropical in Belgrade reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the value ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested tropical in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tropical bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tropical tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised RSD55 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.24 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.24 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD55 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does tropical taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the tropical blend itself harsh.
